The CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services is used for learners looking to move into roles which specialise in case management in the community services sector. Learners will develop the skills to provide critical and direct support to individuals, groups, and communities.
Learners will develop the skills required to provide person-centred support within the service as a whole and supporting colleagues in the ongoing improvement of their work within a team.
To achieve this qualification, learners must complete at least 200 hours of Work Placement.
